Living independently, your way — that’s what we’re here for. Empowering you to live your life with genuine autonomy and independence sits at the heart of everything we do at Aastha Community Service. We begin by understanding your individual strengths and the areas where you need extra support, then work alongside you to build on what you’re already good at while finding practical ways around the challenges. This is how we help you unlock the full benefits of Supported Independent Living.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is designed to help people with disability live independently, whether in a shared home or on their own. The NDIS funds SIL for participants who require around-the-clock assistance in their living space, covering everything from daily routines to long-term skill-building.
As a registered NDIS provider, Aastha Community Service (ACS)takes care of preparing your quote and securing the right NDIS funding for your circumstances. We also offer disability support accommodation that’s safe, comfortable, and thoughtfully located in convenient areas throughout Western Australia.
Our support staff are there for everyday essentials — cooking, cleaning, personal care, and keeping track of your appointments. Through our range of Disability Support Services , we help you build and strengthen the skills you need for daily life.
Above all, your voice matters most when it comes to your living arrangements. Where you live, who you live with, and how your support is delivered are decisions made together with you, not for you. We keep an ongoing eye on your goals, routines, and preferences, so if anything isn’t working for you, it’s addressed and resolved right away.
Participants who need regular or continuous support with daily tasks and personal care in their living environment may be eligible, based on their NDIS plan and assessed needs.
SIL support includes help with personal care, household tasks like cooking and cleaning, appointment management, and developing daily living skills.
We help you prepare your quote, understand your funding options, and find safe, comfortable accommodation anywhere in Western Australia — all while keeping your goals and choices at the centre.
Yes. Every decision about your living arrangement, including who you live with, is made in consultation with you.
