Aastha Community Services(ACS) is a registered NDIS provider, delivering NDIS support services across Western Australia. Aastha delivers support and services which enable NDIS participants to achieve their goals and lead an independent life.

We uphold the rights of people with disabilities to enhance their social and economic participation and thereby ensuring their inclusion in the wider community. Aastha works on the strategic plan formulated over a decade by the founders of Aastha which helps the participants to improve their skills, capacity, and independence. We also follow a client-centered approach in service delivery and advocate for the rights of the NDIS participants to lead their lives based on choices and decisions that they make.

Aastha has a team of well-experienced and skilled NDIS staff who have extensive knowledge and expertise in working with people with disabilities in different settings. Our management, directors, support coordinators, support workers, and other staff are committed to delivering the best supports and services to our NDIS participants.

Aastha is equipped with committed management and staff with expertise in the NDIS sector who envision the inclusion of people with disabilities to achieve fuller lives. The robust range of professional networks across the disability sector in WA gives us the potential to access services from various government and non-government organisations. This includes but is not limited to referrals to community organisations, allied health programmes, and mainstream services as required by the participants. Aastha also has advanced technology for documentation and communication which ensures participant-friendly model of service delivery.

Aastha focuses on the provision of safe and quality support services to NDIS participants for core support and capacity building to lead the best possible independent life. The core support services that Aastha initially intends to provide are assistance with daily, social and community participation and group support activities. Every participant possesses strengths and skills that could be nourished to help themselves lead an independent and happy life. Aastha analyses the skills and potential in the initial planning meetings and explore the scope and willingness of the client to enhance it. The capacity building support services include support coordination and increased social and community participation. The NDIS participants are assisted to access social and recreational activities in their communities to ensure inclusion and active community participation. Aastha values the choices of the participants and develops community participation activities based on their interests.
