Aastha also has advanced technology for documentation and communication which ensures participant-friendly model of service delivery.
Aastha focuses on the provision of safe and quality support services to NDIS participants for core support and capacity building to lead the best possible independent life. The core support services that Aastha initially intends to provide are assistance with daily, social and community participation and group support activities. Every participant possesses strengths and skills that could be nourished to help themselves lead an independent and happy life. Aastha analyses the skills and potential in the initial planning meetings and explore the scope and willingness of the client to enhance it. The capacity building support services include support coordination and increased social and community participation. The NDIS participants are assisted to access social and recreational activities in their communities to ensure inclusion and active community participation. Aastha values the choices of the participants and develops community participation activities based on their interests.
